Privacy Policy
Upon Client's request we bring our own supplies. All our products are tested to provide quality results.
We cannot move furniture, but we will try to reach any visible places either by hand or with an extension duster.
If your pets are afraid of vacuums or overly friendly and will not allow us to do our work, we do ask that they be placed in areas that we are not working in. We do not clean litter boxes, feces, or urine
Please note that if a client or approved party is present during the clean, it is the client's responsibility to let the cleaner(s) know whether there are issues before they leave. If the client is not present, she(he) will be asked for photo documentation for validation purposes. In this case partial refund or reclean of specific areas (not the full cleaning) will be offered. The claim must be made not later than 24 hours after the cleaning is performed.
If during your home service you change your requested Services or a cleaner confirms that the home details as provided by the client are incorrect or false, we may amend the initial quote and charge an adjusted home service fee based on the true details of the home and the conditions in the home.
Payments will have to be submitted the same day or not later than two days after the cleaning, otherwise late fees will be applied. In addition, where required by law, we will collect applicable taxes.
Cleaning is by appointment only.
