Any claims regarding the quality of the cleaning must be made not later than 24 hours after the cleaning is performed.
Upon Client's request we bring our own supplies. All our products are tested to provide quality results.
Payments of commercial businesses must be submitted according to the agreements or contracts, otherwise penalties or late fees will be placed. Payments of residential accounts will have to be submitted the same day or not later than two days after the cleaning, otherwise late fees will be applied. In addition, where required by law, we will collect applicable taxes.
For residential clients:
We cannot move heavy furniture, but we will insure cleaning of any visible and reachable places
If your pets are afraid of vacuums or overly friendly and will not allow us to do our work, we do ask that they be placed in areas that we are not working in. We do not clean litter boxes, feces, or urine
If during your home service you change your requested Services or a cleaner confirms that the home details as provided by the client are incorrect or false, we may amend the initial quote and charge an adjusted home service fee based on the true details of the home and the conditions in the home.
